Martan Mann & Mannkind, fantastic contemporary jazz band is based in Santa Cruz, California and is a favorite band for concerts, parties and other festive occasions. The band features Martan Mann on piano/keyboards; Tom Bochold on bass; Bob Blankenship on Drums; Tom Politzer on woodwinds; and Bill Vallaire on guitar. Martan Mann & Mannkind has two CDs, Beatlejazz, an original remake of great Beatles' tunes, and Christmastime, a jazz version of favorite Holiday tunes.

MARTAN MANN TRIO
The Martan Mann Trio consists of piano, bass & drums. We perform for concerts, special events and corporate parties. Below you can hear some some great examples of the Martan Mann Trio.
Martan Mann, jazz pianist is available to play solo concerts and parties. He also can provide many different sizes and styles of musical groups such as:

THE JAZZICAL 6
This is the Jazzical 6 - a good-time, fun-time Dixieland and Swing Band. This band swings! We play for private parties, concerts, Dixieland Festivals and dances. Give us a try!
Below you can hear some some past examples of music that I play in this style with many of my musician friends. This spans many years. In particular - I want to dedicate these sounds to Frank Leal, Ralston Brown and Marv Plotkin (The Dixie Peaches), who have passed on. Yes, that's the wonderful, my long-time partner, bassist/vocalist Dave Lario singing on "Do you know what it means to miss New Orleans". This music brings back lots of great memories for me.
